At Mindful Directions, we teach Mindfulness Meditation in order to create transformative change in your personal and business life. Between guided meditations, introductory courses, and an ongoing practice group, you will learn the art of focusing on the moment with a like-minded community.
Peter Feinmann, the founder of Mindful Directions, has run an award-winning residential design-build firm in the Greater Boston area for the last three decades. As a result, our training offers a unique perspective on Mindfulness Meditation. We are an excellent fit for any business owner, entrepreneur, or professional who has to deal with the day-to-day challenges of running a business or managing people.
Our six-week introductory course on Mindfulness Meditation gives you the foundation to practice at home and work. We make meditation accessible through simple teachings, guided practice, and handouts. This course will help you manage anxiety and react less when dealing with difficult situations. It will also improve your focus on essential tasks. Everyone, regardless of their meditation experience, is welcome to enroll.

This meditation practice group is available to those who have taken the introductory meditation class or are well-practiced with mindfulness meditation. Each week, we will meet for an hour to discuss different meditation subjects, share stories about our learning experiences, and participate in a guided meditation.

A weekly guided meditation that is free, 30 minutes long, and offered through Zoom. Drop-ins for this mediation are encouraged where you will have the opportunity to meditate in a group setting. We will share techniques for improving your practice and applying the core principles in your daily life.
